A Certificate of Occupancy Transfer is required when selling a residential property. We ask that you submit the application 30 days prior to your settlement date to insure a timely inspection of your property by our inspector. Call Lynne Rafuse at 856-694-1234, ext. 145 for assistance in preparing the application. The fee is $30.00 for the inspection. This fee covers the cost of the inspection and one additional inspection. If the inspector must return a third time the fee is an additional $25.00.
