The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing the ordinances of the Township. This involves investigating possible violations; serving violations notices; making and processing complaints for Code violations and making court appearances in connection with these complaints. Annual license renewal inspections for items such as junkyards, amusement devices and kennels are also some of the responsibilities of the code enforcement officer.
