The Zoning Board is responsible for hearing appeals of decisions made by the Zoning Officer; hearing and deciding on interpretations of the Zoning Map or zoning articles of the Land Use Ordinance; granting variances of a strict application of the Land Use Ordinance; and granting variances for uses or structures in districts restricted against such structure or use. The Board consists of 7 members with two alternates. The Board meets once a month on the first Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
