We have conducted and investigation relative to the very unfortunate and tragic circumstances resulting in the exposure of children to elemental mercury at a daycare center presently located at 1600 Delsea Drive. Additionally, we have compiled a series of recommendations for changes in the administration of land use practice in Franklin Township to prevent this from happening in the future. Finally, there is a list created from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s website for those residents that may be interested. If there are any questions in reference to these matters feel free to contact Chief Michael DiGiorgio at 856-694-1415.
