AOC1 — Potable Well (Public Community) —Immediate Environmental Concern (IEC) resulting from potable well impacted with mercury. Receptor control was completed on February 15, 1992. An unknown source investigation is pending.

AOC2 – Underground Storage Tanks (USTs). Five USTs (an unleaded gasoline tank, a light diesel tank and three heating oil tanks) were removed in 1991.

AOC3 – One gasoline underground storage tanks (UST) received a No Further Action designation on April 29, 1992.

June 13, 2007- Katie Venner, Intern, NJDEP Site Remediation Office of Community Relations provides update from Case Manager, Frank Sorce. Frank Sorce, when asked, confirmed that the DEP is not aware of any other surrounding properties of the site having any potable well impact with mercury. Mr. Sorce further confirmed that all five UST's pulled were clean except one tank which received an NFA (No Further Action).
